Harbor Town Builder
★★★★☆ 4.2
Harbor Town Builder is a relaxed management sim about growing a little seaside settlement. You place docks, manage fishing routes, and keep residents fed and content. There's a light economy loop underneath, but it never turns into spreadsheet stress.
Pinch-to-zoom and drag-to-pan work well, and placing buildings is forgiving thanks to a snap-to-grid system. Progress comes steadily, and there's an offline catch-up so your town keeps ticking while you're away — without any nagging notifications if you disable them in settings.
It's not deeply challenging, which is either the point or a drawback depending on your mood. As a chill background project you return to daily, it's lovely.
